We are seeking a skilled finance professional to join our dynamic team as an AI Model Trainer. In this role, you will train and enhance AI chatbots by measuring their progress, evaluating their logic, and identifying solutions to improve model quality. We favor candidates with an expert level of financial reasoning, and a completed or in-progress Masters or PhD is highly preferred.
Key Details:
• This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position.
• Choose the projects you wish to work on.
• Work on your own schedule.
• Hourly pay ranges from $50 to $60 USD, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume contributions.
Responsibilities:
• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex problems to solve.
• Assess the outputs generated by AI models for correctness and performance.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and reasoning exercises pertinent to finance management.
• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred, but not mandatory.
