Job Description:Aetna Marketing is seeking aManager- AIUserEnablementto accelerate responsible adoption of AI across marketing workflowsthroughLearning & Developmentof AIskills across marketing use cases, includingbrand & compliance.Reporting to theLead Director, Marketing AI Activation, this individual will serve as the hands-on enablementspecialistdeliveringtraining programs,coaching, and empoweringuser groups to increaseAIconfidence andskilldevelopment. The role is anindividual contributor(no direct reports)and partners closely withthe Manager of AI Enablement PMOand crossfunctional stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in adoption, quality, efficiency, and governance. Key Responsibilities Learning & Development • Ownmarketingskills mappingand inventory of existingAIlearning materials • Define learning paths andtraining & certificationmilestonesrelevant to Aeta Marketing needs • Design and deliver3-4trainingworkshopsannuallyforAetna Marketingat ateam-level; create microlearning,guides, videos, and quickstart checklists. • Build andmaintaintoolkits(prompt libraries, brand/compliance checklists, starter kits) that reduce time to value and improve output quality. • Launch and coordinate an AIChampion/Change Agentprogram (volunteer cohort): office hours, monthly roundtables, and bestpractice circles. User Adoption& Platform Insights • Perform platform usage analysis (e.g., Copilot/365, Writer AI, Adobe),identifyfriction points, and recommend optimizations. • Triageskills gapsandmaintainknownissues documentation; coordinate with vendors and internal teams for resolution. Brand & Compliance Enablement (Trust Workstream) • Partner withBrand,Compliance, andDDAT AI Governanceto operationalize responsible AI practices andmaintainauditready documentation. • Supporttheadoptionandscaled rollout ofbrand voiceandcomplianceAI agents (e.g., brand voice guardrails, content audit agents, digital asset audit checks), ensuring outputs align with Aetna brand standards and policies. Executive & Stakeholder Communication • Align activities with the ProjectManager (intake, prioritization, roadmap) and with the Lead Director (strategy, scorecards, executive updates). • Build andmaintainbackend and executive facing dashboards that trackAIadoption, confidence, learning completions, agent usage, and brand/compliance adoption. • Prepare clear enablement narratives, demos, and leadership updates that highlight value, risks, and progress; contribute to leadership scorecards. • Share industry scans and best practices relevant to brand/compliance and upskilling. Required Qualifications • 3+ yearsin marketing enablement, training/learning design, marketing operations, or product enablement for digital/AI tools. • Demonstrated experiencedesigning and delivering training(workshops, microlearning, toolkits) and driving user adoption at scale. • Experience with AI platforms and marketing tools (e.g.,CoPilot, Gemini,GPT,AdobeFirefly & Workfront). • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate complex concepts into simple, usable guidance. Preferred Qualifications • Certifications ininstructional design,project/change management,AI governance, or related disciplines. • Practical knowledge ofbrand managementand / orcompliancein marketing workflowsand responsible AI principles. • Handsonexpertisewithlow/nocodeworkflow and agent building (e.g.,Copilot, Workfront automations, GenAIplaybooks/agents)andstrongprompt engineeringand content QA skills. • Experience in healthcare, retail, or regulated industries. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related field-or equivalent practical experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
